Among the dozens of performers I've seen live, this was the only artist I'd rather see in person than just listen to on my phone. I didn't hesitate to leave the concert early, although his songs are catchy. Being the headliner, I would expect more enthusiasm or at least a little personality from Logic. His awkward repetitive marching on stage was hard to watch and got boring fast. Very disappointing show at the Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie, TX.
The opening acts were the only saving graces of the night. Jamie Lawson, who I've never heard of prior to the show, had relatable and even poetic songs. Elle King was fabulously funny and, not to mention, could hold a note for days. I loved her unique voice and exuberant stage presence.
